Six Suspects Apprehended Following €12M Robbery on Gold Processing Laboratory in the French Republic

A group of six individuals carrying assault rifles and handguns employed explosives to breach the security of a gold treatment facility located in Lyon, causing light wounds to five workers during what appears to be the latest high-profile daylight theft to hit France.

The audacious robbery was carried out on Thursday afternoon, with officers swiftly apprehending the alleged criminals and retrieving the loot assessed at around 12 million euros (£10.5M), according to officials.
