LA Explodes in Celebration as Dodgers Claim Back-to-Back World Series Victory
The City of Angels witnessed widespread festivities after the Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-game World Series championship. Supporters worldwide joined local residents in jubilation, marking the initial time in a quarter-century that a team has achieved consecutive championships.
Victory Parade Draws Enormous Crowds
Los Angeles area celebrations included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and impromptu gatherings throughout the city.
Social media videos depict thousands of Angelenos packing downtown streets, many carrying homemade signs and team flags. The team was seen riding high on a open-top bus through the crowds, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy high.
